We could not be happier with our new home from John Merrill Homes. The entire process from design to building to the entire team that we worked with has far exceeded our expectations. Poor workmanship and lack of supervision of subs has left us with constant repairs and headaches!!

We highly recommend John Merrill Homes—they did a fantastic job on our home addition. They were competitively priced and completed the project on time. Everyone in the office communicated well and the team took the utmost care of our home. My husband works in commercial construction and has an understanding of what goes into the residential building process. He was thoroughly impressed by the JMH team. We are actually going to use them again soon!
They worked quickly and professionally though the circus that is building a custom home for us. Several years later and we really appreciate the quality care.
