I am not the type to complain in a review but....I feel this is much needed. I went to this office the other day just to see if I could add a driver and vehicle to my policy. As soon as I knocked on the door and asked if they were State Farm (there were multiple door to this building with multiple businesses so just thought I would ask) I was immediately given an annoyed response by a middle aged lady with blue eyes and dark grey/black curly hair. The Merkley group is great. Statefarm as a whole is good until you actually file a claim. Then they make excuses for not covering damages. Moving on to a better insurance company!
