Helpful and friendly take care of my needs
Recently signed up with them . Anna, really knows her stuff. I believe she saved us money on our house insurance because she knows how insurance works and the loopholes.
I filed a home owners claim due to hail and wind. After two weeks without any correspondence from State Farm, I contacted John Mercer to check status. To my surprise John's first comment was "what makes your home more important than anyone else's". I thought this response was very unprofessional and uncalled for. I've been with State Farm for over 40 years and John Mercer is by far the worst agent I've ever corresponded with. There's no "good neighbor" with him.
