Dr John is extremely thorough and caring. She listened carefully, addressed all my concerns, and explained treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed. The office runs on time and the staff is friendly, which makes every visit pleasant.
I had been a patient of Dr John's for many years. She is great. I used to have no problem reaching her office on the phone. Now after 3 messages in 3 weeks left on Joelle's voice mail, I have not gotten any calls back. I did finally get through to a human being, not Joelle. Not only did I not get a reason why no one called me back but she then attempted to shame me for having to cancel a previous appointment.
