Need more staff! i know they would have to pay more money to hire more, the pick up and return service they offer is a good idea and works when they have the staff on hand, but they are sure to make sure you give them a a good rating! and if your suppose to get the ford points for using the oil changes they sure dont! ive had thrre services and not one point was added but sure was taken! lol, need to find a new place ! 9/20/24 ok still bad at pick up and delivery! was suppose to have my car returned to me at 230 well here it... read more

On Thursday feb.29 on my way to work in Cleveland ga.i heard a radio for a 30 dollar oil change and tire rotation for 2995.00 at John megal ford. So I thought i would have them chane my oil and filter.what a mistake.i dropped my car off at 8 am,so at 11 am they called me telling me my rear brakes needed change. For 250.00 dollars I thought that that was high.but I was going out of town on Saturday.what a mistake after having my car for 30 hours and not informing me before they closed at 6 pm that I had to get a way home.so t... read more
