Dr.McNaulghty saved my life-twice! Very skilled surgeon! Placed a VP shunt for me in 2004 and I still have the same one! No complications and no need for further surgeries.
I met Dr McNulty many years ago when my son was 14 and was in a go cart accident and he was the Neuro surgeon on service. He came rushing into the ER and made my son his highest priority explaining he is a parent too. After a emergency craniotomy he came to the waiting room (about 2am) sat next to me and said "ya know I have had a really tough day I could use a hug" I will never forget that, he airlifted my son to westchester PICU and called to check in EVERYDAY the care he gave to my son was as if he was caring for his own ... read more

Dr. McNaulty is the best of best. He saved my life and bed side manor was and is so concerning. He has changed my life and my famlies and could not ask for a better Dr. and surgeon. So Again I trusted him and still trust him, Thank you for my life and letting me see my grandchildren grow! You took your time and totally explains everything - even the possible is possble!!!!!! Thank you.
