We had a great experience working with John and his team on a replacement bay window plus a complete new siding job complete with insulation and new flashing around our windows and garage door. We had some personal timing issues but we all stayed in touch and were accommodated better than hoped for, including lots of daily updates from Harsh (our coordinator) if there were any changes (such as rain delays). Best experience ever dealing with a competent contractor.
I should have done this post many times over the past 16 years. John has come to the rescue so often during this time, doing roof repair, repairing water damage through the ceiling from a faulty leak, 2x, even fixed a floor that was not even after a previous job from someone else. I cannot say enough about John & his amazing crew. Just recently I had to have a lot of work done to get my house ready for sale. The work and service from this company was excellent!! At no time was I uninformed of the costs, process or timeframe. The workmen were friendly and professional throughout and the project lead was very helpful and attentive to my questions. I will certainly use them again!!
Did a great job finishing up my basement apartment project that had already been started. The finished apartment looked amazing once John McLellan Contracting got in there to complete the project.
