I’m extremely disappointed with my experience buying a used car from John McGrath Mercedes in Canberra. In March 2025, we purchased a 2019 BMW 430i Gran Coupe from them, with about 50,000 km on the clock. It’s now under 70,000 km and still quite new to us. My car was supposed to be serviced and fixed, due to be ready in a month's time. I've spotted the mechanics taking my car for joy rides whilst continuously extending the time.
Excellent service. Div was very professional and rather than pushing for sales, he ensured that I vehicle I got met my needs. This is very rare in today’s market and thus builds trust with them. They also give pretty good deals when it comes to trading in your old vehicle. Highly recommended!

Took my car to this dealership for its service in 2024 and as I had only realised I had missed a service the guy advised that it was all going to be ok with the warranty period and said that they could do a catch up service on top of the regular one which I paid extra at the time but here I am a year later with said warranty issues which I was told I would not have and my engine blew up without any warning lights what so ever!!!
