Had a letter in the mail about a fuse recall so I decided to book my car in. On the phone they said it will take 30-45 mins if you bring it in between 7.30-8am. Brought it in bang on 8am, they couldn't find me in the system, then said how's 9.30-10am, came back at 10.15, still being worked on...10.30 it was ready, lady at the front desk said its parked in number 3 bay...it was in number 26, opposite end of the joint...one of the mechanics didn't seem to impressed. Usually how it goes.
Worst professionals, don’t have enough staff. Whenever you call them they will give you a month waiting for basic oil change, parts supply department is even terrible they don’t provide parts on time
