Awful service. Failed to keep me informed about progress on my warranty claim, then suggested I deal with Citroen directly myself. Two months after dropping my car off ... They still haven't started on it. No loan car, no apology, no service. I would buy a Citroen again, but not if I had to deal with John McGrath.
