I was told a price for the service over the phone and when I went to pay for it, it was a lot more then what I was told, also I they asked me to drop the car off the night before for a valve check and I asked for a hire car, and they said said that would be okay, again they said they don’t have one… why would you offer something when you can’t actually make it happen?
