Thankfully the unprofessional nature of this dealership that mocked me for not needing a Dmax because I wasn’t in a trade prevented me from buying one because i got the much better BT50 SP from a dealership that isn’t completely hopeless at basic human interactions.
Until this week my experience with Isuzu has been fantastic. Unfortunately, the winning streak has been ruined. Despite calling ahead, and showing up before the workshop opened, I was told they'd need my car for at least a couple hours... wait for it... to replace the govebox. The part literally pops out and in. Zero tools required. When I attempted to express my disappointment in this service outcome, Karl proceeded to raise his voice and accuse me of being aggressive. Far out.
I had an outstanding experience at the Isuzu dealership, thanks to the amazing team of Jacob, Josh, and Jordan. Jacob handled the sales process flawlessly, guiding me through the options and helping me choose the perfect vehicle with no pressure.
