Kristin Richardson came highly recommended by a coworker. And she did not let me down. She patiently explained the service features and offered helpful tips for using it. Excellent customer service and a creative solution to my problem. I was very impressed with her quick response to my inquiry. I have already referred her to a few friends.
I felt like this review is much needed. I got a quote today. I actually call yesterday and missed the call. This is one of the very few agents that has actually called back when they say they were gonna call back and has done everything. They said they would do although I’m still reviewing the quote. I just had to do this review because of the outstanding customer service they provide..
