Have an older setup with fuse wire and inexplicably blew leaving no power in half the house. Spoke to John on the phone and he videoed me and was able to help me sort the issue. Absolute gentleman. Plenty others would've said nothing and charged to come out. Will definitely use again if we need any work done.
