Excellent, top notch repair and service.
Expensive for small job
The sales person was awesome, the owners very lack luster and not very friendly
I called John Mays Jewelers and asked if they could put a new battery in a ladies watch and also take links out of the arm band to adjust the size. The lady who answered the phone said yes they could do the battery and would look about sizing it. We drove to Ft. Smith from Poteau and upon getting to the door I found it locked. After a couple minutes a man came and unlocked the door. I showed him the watch that needed a battery and the watch that needed the armband adjusted. I had a watch that I wanted to see if I could get working. I didn’t think it would, but I’d at least try. The people at John Mays were very helpful and friendly. The watch couldn’t be fixed, but they went out of the way to help.
