I would give them 0 if I could. Dr. Maurillo's behavior was extremely strange. He tried to tell me I needed both very expensive glasses & contact lenses (my prescription hasn't changed since I was in 6th grade, and I am now 35). When I told him I wanted to stick with my prescription and didn't want the more expensive options he was offering - he told me to leave his office and go find another Doctor.
