I love the professionalism that Dr. Runnels displays everytime I visit him. The nursing team was so nice and supportive during my short stay. I will chose him at the Madison location everytime.
All good things to share about Dr. Runnels and my recent procedure at GI Associates! They were on time and the attention and care received was genuine. Courtesy and professionalism matter and Dr. Runnels and his team are great examples!
Dr. Runnels and the staff at GI Associates were very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. He actually listened to me and my concerns. He kept seeing me until a diagnosis was confirmed. This took several months but was necessary for a complete diagnosis. I would recommend GI Associates, Dr. Runnels to anyone with digestive issues. They will not stop until you are cured.
I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the front desk to the nurse to the CRNA to Dr Runnels and to the nurse who discharged me.
