I’ve used these guys a few times in the past, but after this latest headache, I’m done. Their customer service has become incredibly rude and unprofessional. I won’t call out the specific person by name, but when I saw I was charged $300 over my original quote, I obviously had questions. Instead of getting help, I was met with total contempt.
