Never checked the seepage tanks or advised on my diverter valve, all of which was agreed upon before they came. Was told I would receive photos and an email of all the work done. Never received it until I called them. When I called and spoke to them regarding the job not being done properly, they told me they would have someone call me back. Still waiting......this company went downhill while their prices went uphill. Total scam.
