Perfect and very informative and competent.
Needed a septic draining but had no clue where the tank was located. Reviews said they could find it no problem. I ended up getting a guy never mentioned in any of the reviews (Bob) and he only poked around with the probe for 5ish minutes before telling me a separate appointment needed to be made to have them flush a radio-bug down to locate it. Was told over the phone prior that it would cost extra but I assumed they'd be able to do it on the fly considering the reviews. Bob did not. Said to basically call either when I fou... read more
What can i say, 5 star Service! Christian V from Matthes Septic arrived promptly and went above and beyond to get our system pump out and cleared. We explained our system is not easy to get to which requires extra hoses and without any hesitation he got the job done. Almost 300ft of hose later no questions asked. Other companies were charging us double to do the job not Windriver i will strongly recommend this company to anyone. We truly appreciated his service and knowledge . Nice job!
