Made an appointment for septic emptying. They gave me a window for the appointment. The window came and went. They never showed up. Then they said they would be there end of day, never showed. Then I got an email that my appointment was cancelled. No one even called me to tell me. I ended up going with a different company that was $75 cheaper. Don’t recommend.

Awful. Ever since being bought out by this company they’re horrific. Promised one price to me then be told they couldn’t honor that AND they had a recording of it. I know multiple people who used them in the past and we will all be switching. You lost multiple customers.
