Used them to pump my septic. They quoted a price for 1000 gallon. Me being just a home owner, I thought that's how big my tank was. The bill was $150 more, cause I have a 1500 gallon tank. After seeing the bill called them and they fixed the issue and charged me the quoted price. I am happy with the service. Also I think they should charge a fixed rate for home owners. But they fixed the issue and that's all I can ask. I would use them again. But with a fixed rate... lol.
The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. Excellent service.
Never showed. General customer service line rep said they were coming. Waited all day, no show, no text.
