Called to get a part for a Hampton ceiling fan The person on the line was rude And very non professional Had to call back 3 times because he kept putting me on hold and the phone would disconnect He was loud, obnoxious and just an all around nasty individual. I will never ever call this place again and will tell my friends, family, costumers and any one else that will listen how I was treated on the phone. BAD BAD BAD
