Was the waiting area spacious? No, multiple people had to stand Was this provider's office too loud? Yes, they need to move to a quieter location Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Yes, it was almost unbearable
