I got there right away and there were only 3 people ahead of me. A white male and two elderly people. The male in front of me got 2 gallons of milk a case of water and a box of spagetti Os. Also, the 2 elderly people got a two carts instead of 1. Well, when my turn came I only got 1 cart. I got mostly useless stuff. Mostly bread and oranges. I have a wife and 3 kids, yet I received no milk, no case of water, no case of spaghetti Os. Why was I treated differnt only as the 3rd person in line? A heavy set lady gives out... read more

The black girl at the window wears a fake smile. She let one lady cut in front of me. When I objected, she told me to back away and not wait by the window. Why did she let the one who cut in wait by the window, and not me? Yes, I also noticed that the quantity and quality, are not equally dispersed. This place has saved me twice when funds ran short. The staff go above and beyond to make you not feel worthless and like an outcast, unlike the Food Pantry on Zuni. To be totally honest out of two visits I've yet to be disappointed. You'll not be disappointed either.
Went to get food. They told me that my microwave/ broiler combo and hot plate aren't good enough to get real food. Instead I got a tiny bag with everything expired except one can of beenie weenies. I have a refrigerator so I don't see the problem with giving me actual food that isn't over one year expired. Very unhappy.
