After years of doing business with the John Marshall agency I'm having trouble getting agent help in renewing policies and making payments. A fast approaching renewal date is pressing me to sign up electronically for a signature application which I do not consent to. The agent reluctantly recieved my paper signature and I continue to recieve unwelcomed e-mail documents. The "system" refuses to accept my credit card for payment at the agency. I’ve worked with these folks for a long time and things went smoothly for the most part. But then they cancelled my auto policy when they shouldn’t have, left it up to my insurance to send me updates rather than keep me updated like an agent should, and did their best to avoid me all the while resulting in just over two months of stress.
