John Marcus was the second guy assigned to my husband and my loan process. The first guy was great, so I am not sure why he was pulled from to process. We worked with the first guy before, and he was always prompt but this guy was so much slower. He even ran our credit a second time and didn't tell us or ask permission first. I'm not working with Ameris anymore because of this.
John really stepped up and got the loan moving ahead in a short time. I would definitely recommend him for your mortgage needs. Very professional and easy to work with. A+
