I have been with State Farm for over 30 years. Never have I had such a horrible experience. Was promised help by Nick, he dropped the ball, which resulted in an issue with my policy. I then talked to Rick who then proceeded to scream at me. He berated me, yelling at me,shouting that he that did not care if I had all of the emails and texts between myself and Nick to show this was his fault. I was introduced to State Farm by the previous owner, over 20+ years ago. Mr. Manser acquired the agency roughly 17 years ago and todate, Mr. Manser and team continue to meet and exceed my expectations. The team is customer focus and always greet me and answer my questions with a smile. In this very competitive environment, they are going the extra mile to satisfy my Insurance needs.
