I closed on my home in June 2017 and so far I have been very satisfied with my home. I am a realtor in the area and am very familiar with new home construction. I feel the the overall quality is very good. Their entire process is extremely well organized and the delivery of my home was on time which is extremely hard to do in this market. We are not sure how John Maher Builders gets the Best Builder Award, they have no customer service! They also, do very sloppy work, really their sub-contractors need more training! I would suggest another builder!! I did think Van Woody and Sonya, were very helpful!
