We are big fans of this local builder. They are excellent to work and build amazing homes.
Only buy one of their houses if you later want to poor tens of thousands of dollars into the house a few months or years later when you find our they cut corners. Missing flashing, terribly done wiring, poor plumbing work, and $16 vent fans for large bathrooms so you're stuck with large repair builds down the road - find a great inspector to check out the build along the way. If they'd in the proper fans the first time (an additional $100) then there wouldn't be issus. I've had to fix several items in this house in the first... read more
