Amazing team! Had an unresolved issue with a new vehicle (these things happen) that 2 other dealerships unsuccessful attempted and or avoided. Gympie diagnosised the issue and had it resolved in less then a day. They all deserve a raise!!
Really appreciated the help with our car having major issues out of warranty. We were given a courtesy car and all repairs were done for free through Toyota Australia. Our family highly recommend this dealer
Came in for a regular service, with my Pardo making a really strange engine sound. The team at Toyota was on it straight away. Everything was able to be covered under warranty even though my warranty finished last year. Glenn the service manager was incredible, so easy to deal with and very nice. The man needs a raise. I was so stressed out about the car and having children with no car. Glenn knew this and found me a loan car, free of charge for the time my car was in the shop.
