It seems this office is doing everything possible to make it impossible to help their patients. Every time you call, it always goes to voicemail. They haven't answered their phones since the pandemic (most medical offices were doing that). Well, the pandemic was six years ago now and they still can't answer the phone. No other offices play phone tag the way this office does. It seems the only way to communicate is through MyChart. Doc knows his stuff and is quick to get you what you need.
His complete personal care has saved both my life and husband when others doctors dismissed the need/symptoms. My health/life is worth the waiting for my turn. I would not be here to write this if not for him.
I have been coming here for well over a decade. Dr. Stafford is the only doctor I will ever go too. He has amazing patient care and truly listens to your concerns. Never have I had a bad experience here from check in to leaving. I am shocked at any reviews of people complaining they didn’t come for years and would be considered new. That is there problem for not coming at least once a year to maintain your body. Your body is an engine and you must get blood work done annually and make sure you have no check engine lights!
