I have been coming here for well over a decade. Dr. Stafford is the only doctor I will ever go too. He has amazing patient care and truly listens to your concerns. Never have I had a bad experience here from check in to leaving. I am shocked at any reviews of people complaining they didn’t come for years and would be considered new. I have been coming here since I was a baby and I am so disappointed with how downhill the reception team has gone. Genuinely, what is the point of having receptionists and a phone number if you can never reach a person? I hate having to wait for a call back, which sometimes won't even be the same day. It is asinine and careless. I miss when I could call and a PERSON would answer. Not me having to leave my DOB and phone number to have to wait days to hear back.
