Very grateful for new hygienist, Heidi, who was kind and gentle, always checking on me to see if I was comfortable during the cleaning. She cared enough about my oral health, though, to give it to me straight about the importance of flossing. My whole family has always had a great experience at this practice and have been with them since the beginning.
Front desk staff have no idea what they are doing. Almost 2 years of back and forth for a bill of a routine cleaning that they screwed up to begin with, and refuse to take accountability. Do not go here if you have other options.
Just had my first visit today at this office, and am so happy I came here! Office was clean, professional, and welcoming. Chelsea was a fantastic hygienist! She was kind, patient, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Schmidt was personable and caring. He listened to my concerns, and gave his advice without being pushy. I am so thrilled to finally find a dentist office I like, and feel confident in my oral care I receive here!!! If you, like many, hate going to the dentist… give this office a try! They are amazing.
Dr Schmidt and Willow are the most down to earth people and such a friendly environment. I would Never go anywhere else. All the staff are also very pleasant. Brian M
