Unfortunately not a pleasant experience ! Expressing I would like some repairs to my jewellery then I showing my items, her reply was we no longer do repairs as the jeweller has retired ! If this was a true statement why have the advertising that clearly reads repairs and why did she simply not say in the first instance we no longer do repairs . It sounded and felt like she did not won’t to assist me . The lady did offer a service in Reynella but to me was a red flag of don’t won’t to do your service ! In my option Not good ... read more

I was well advised to get a larger size ring than a ring I wore previously on the same finger. A custom made gold band to match my partners gold band. And a beautiful design creating the ring for my daughter. Very happy with the service and workmanship.
