I would like to commend Lisa M Smith, for her outstanding effort in guiding me through a vehicle insurance claim. I was having trouble with an adjuster not making contact with me. Lisa spoke to the company, resulting in a new adjuster being involved and everything worked out well. I can't thank Lisa enough.
