Dr. Gachiani is an excellent surgeon and a wonderful person. He is highly knowledgeable, compassionate and caring, and humble for his vast accomplishments and knowledge. He had a complicated surgery for my back and was able to succeed with precision, wisdom and skill. I highly recommend Dr. Gachiani.
