Dr. GACHIANI is an amazing medical mind. His reputation in the Community is stellar. I had an extremely complex surgery, a lumbar fusion, and he handled it expertly. He was very personable and came to speak with me often, before and after the surgery. He gets the highest rating possible and a massive debt of gratitude!
