Dr French was thorough in his evaluation and took much time to explain what was going on with my test results. I never felt rushed and he patiently took the time to answer all my questions. I felt I was in good hands.
I wanted to recognize Dr French and his INR team Maddie and Mindy. Both Dr French and the INR team were open to discussions and trying some new ideas to help control my bleeding issues. We implemented a plan and for the first time in over a year my Hemoglobin is steady and rising. It is so nice to have a team that listens and is open to honest discussions with their patients.
