Saw him for a higher level rating on my VA ptsd. The entire visit lasted less than 5 minutes. He asked me 3 questions then told me the VA sends him these reviews but they’re nothing more than standard practice. Told me I seemed like a well rounded young man.

This man is incompetent! He spent all of 10 minutes with me to do my disability rating. Wouldn’t read any of my letters from my doctor or children. Then rudely told me he had enough information to make his decision and showed me the door. He shouldn’t be allowed to have the authority he does with peoples lives!

Saw him for a VA Disability appointment and his professionalism leaves much to be desired. He had not bothered to review my case before I came in. He kept taking personal calls during the appointment, including with Amazon! Obviously he was not focused on me during the appointment. When I told him about two extremely traumatic events that had happened to me during my service he told me that I needed “to connect it with me getting into trouble at work.” Wow.
