He's awesome! He's very thorough in reviewing test results and makes recommendation on suggested care given your needs. I never felt rushed in my visits.
Considering my medical history Dr. Depaula has saved my life once in 2014 just days after the death of my mother. I was at deaths door myself. Dr. Depaula brought me back to the living. He is a kind and caring doctor. He explains your condition in a way that I could understand. So when I needed to see him again in October 2019 my mind was already at ease just knowing he is part of my care management team again.
LOVE, Dr. D!! He's very thorough and not at all "rude", as previously described. He's very responsive to my questions and covers all angles.

Surprisingly the RUDEST, condescending and most medically neglectful practice I have ever experienced. Given the "crisis" one is usually in when seeking an ID physician, one would expect compassionate care, forthright answers and not to be told "sorry you are having crisis but the doctor is not in for two weeks" or to be hung up on for asking a benign informational question. Dr DePaula neglected to follow his own protocol written in his notes. Only game in town? Search further.
