I went in for my initial visit at Dr Alford's office. This was one of the best medical visits I’ve ever had. From the front desk to Kendra, Dr. Alford, and the lab staff, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and highly professional. Each step of the visit felt smooth and comfortable, and I genuinely felt valued as a patient. It’s rare to experience this level of care and engagement—an outstanding team all around.
I've seen Dr Alford for 3 years now and he is fantastic! He is friendly, easy to talk to, shares information to help me understand my medical conditions, and is an awesome listener. He cares about my choices and helps me feel empowered as a patient.
I started seeing DO John M. Alford JR. Back a few months ago and he has been the best doctor I've had since living in Cincinnati. He is very nice and easy to talk with. I don't feel like I'm being judged in his office and I can talk openly and honestly about my problems with him and he has made feel welcome and I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a good primary care physician check him out he is really nice and will help you in anyway.
