I was hospitalized at WMC for several days following a traumatic motor vehicle accident, during which I experienced severe pain and significant neurological symptoms. I met with the dr on november 3 He proceeded to yawn 6 times, and kept looking at his watch during the entire consult Not one word of apology So rude and unprofessional I then met with Juliet, who was going to discuss surgery details with me She had to check with medicare on some things, snd said she would get back to me "later this afternoon, or tomorrow morning " She got back to me on Christmas Eve day....51 days later!! She left a message regarding surgery details! A terrible experience
I needed a spinal fusion at 24, after going to different doctors I finally found Dr Abrams and his team. From the beginning Juliet, Director of Operations was super helpful. I never worried about paperwork or any questions going unanswered. Even after surgery Juliet continues to be a great point of contact and the surgery was a complete success. I’m very happy I made this choice and could not have picked a better team
Dr.Abrahams was very caring and felt comfortable. Originally I was really scared to do surgery on my neck but he is so highly recommended and I decided to do it. He went over everything with me and I feel confident that I’m in the best hands.
