Excellent work and service!! Excellent company - we've used them for several years and I've been so pleased with not only the work performed, but also the quality of service and friendliness of John and his employees. John is always quick to call back or stop by if we have an emergency. We've had toilets installed, basic service (clogged drains, broken disposal, etc), new water heaters installed, and he rushed over to our house one fall weekend evening when our heater broke and the temperature dropped. Criminals Recently my Aunt had an issue with her hot water heater and called these guys to come and take a look at it. She had to work and asked me to be there when they arrived. The night before she had noticed that the temperature on the hot water was a lot hotter then it normally was so she called John Luke and he said that they would be out the next day.
