I bought two of their organizer systems for a walk in closet, including drawers. We wanted solid wood, and this was probably the most affordable option. Spent $2k instead of $6k. I'd call it a semi custom system as I did have to use a lot of my tools that they failed to mention. It was no big deal for me, but some folks might be a little surprised. We purchased a home that had shelves and clothes racks from John Louis. The owners did not install enough shelf’s and they had no storage. I went to the John Louis site and ordered a cabinet with drawers and doors above with two shelves and extra shelves for the original rack. Extremely prompt service and immediate delivery and the best customer service ever when I had a question. I assembled and installed the entire unit myself without difficulty. Bought a closet system almost 10 years ago, it has held up very well, when people tour the house they comment on it. Nice finish, good hardware, and as I recall the prices were fair and the shipping prompt. I installed it myself and other than knowing how to use a level and stud finder it wasn't hard at all. (We turned several of the shelves upside down and mounted at an angle for a wall sized shoe rack; that was a bit trickier but still not hard.)
