Do not believe the price that they give you over the phone!!! I was quoted a price of $207.00 for a kitchen faucet replacement. I was charged $281.00. I was told that the difference was because the new faucet wasn't the same as the old faucet. I believe that they lowballed me just to get the job. DON'T BELIEVE THE PRICE THAT THEY GIVE YOU OVER THE PHONE!!!!
Because we have a well, our situation is unusual. The tech that came was very professional. There were circumstances beyond his expertise. The customer service that Lockwood provided was exceptional. Would highly recommend this company as it was recommended to us.
My husband and I highly recommend John Lockwood Plumbing. They always do a great job in installing whatever we need, from a water heater to a wall outlet. Every technician who has been to our home has been friendly, neat, and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with this company. Thank you for your years of dependable service.

We give our plumber, Jacob, five stars. He was very informative, considerate and his work excellent. Jacob represented us with the Kohler Co. and was able to get us replacement parts for our sink faucets under our warranty. Our water heater quit on Labor day. I left message and promptly at 8 a.m. the next day i received a reply to my email and at 10 a.m. Dean was here with a new water heater and by noon he was done. We are so, so , happy and thoroughly satisfied with Lockwood plumbing. Dean was friendly, and very knowledgeable.
