Don’t go here unless you want to get ripped off! Been going to John Leo’s for nearly 20 years with no issues and I will now never be returning. $246 for a simple oil change and tire changeover on a Toyota. Charged me $6 for 3qts of windshield washer fluid I never told them to add. Plus it wasn’t even low, so not sure why they even checked that to begin with. I could have done that myself for $2… Then I was charged $35 for a lug torque? Literally never heard of this extra charge. Like, they have to do that as part of the inst... read more
Needed a last minute state vehicle safety inspection for my 2021 Jeep Cherokee, in addition of an undercoating prior to winter. They were able to squeeze me into the schedule, as I was able to leave the vehicle with them for the day. Did a great job with the wax undercoating for $300, plus the standard price for state inspection. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:30am, and they called to let me know it was done around 1:15pm. Friendly people at the counter and on the phone, very happy with service!
I always have a wonderful experience with this garage! They're kind and honest people and provide a welcoming atmosphere. I've gotten services from tire change overs to state inspections and have always been given a fair price and genuine service. Bonus points that you may get to pet a sweet dog or cat during your visit♡. State inspections on an older car can be stressful, but not with a fuzzy friend and kind people around!
