My truck stopped dead while traveling through Panama City for work, so I got it towed to John Lee Nissan. I spoke to Crystal on the phone before my truck arrived and she got me setup with my service advisor, Matt. Matt was great with communication, and he didn’t oversell anything I didn’t need. My truck was in at noon, and I was driving away at 5pm on a Monday before Memorial Day weekend. I couldn’t ask for a better result.
