I had to make a warranty claim for a manufacturing sealant/paint issue with the water channels on the roof of my 24 Titan. Ashley Hinds was quick to get the warranty claim approved through corporate and set me up with a date for the repairs. The body shop did an excellent job on the repair. Took great care of my car. Oil change and tires rotated
My review is based on the service I received on 4/10. I made an appointment for that day at 8:00 AM, it turns out it was 9:00 AM and they still hadn't attended to the vehicle, and other people who arrived after me were attended to. The service I was going for was an oil change and to check the driver's window because it was having problems. On other occasions and without an appointment, I would arrive and before 9:00 AM I was back home.
