My review is based on the service I received on 4/10. I made an appointment for that day at 8:00 AM, it turns out it was 9:00 AM and they still hadn't attended to the vehicle, and other people who arrived after me were attended to. The service I was going for was an oil change and to check the driver's window because it was having problems. On other occasions and without an appointment, I would arrive and before 9:00 AM I was back home. The absolute best! Were so helpful in every way I needed. 10/10!!! I will never go anywhere else for service!
I was given a quote. Paid my deposit and 2 days before I was to drop it off. I got a call stating that the price was going to increase by almost $ 10000. So from$6300 to $16000. Because Ford informed them the part was priced wrong. How is this okay? I scheduled this as soon as they could get it in for work. I believe that there is a major issue here. Based on this I can not recommend this company. Even if Ford indeed increased their price, this was a major jump in price with 30 days. Perhaps this company should have ordered ... read more
