I had a great experience with E at John Lee Nissan! She was warm, friendly and made the whole process completely stress-free with no pressure at all. I purchased a Rogue Platinum, and she went out of her way to help me get an added item I really wanted. I truly appreciate her extra effort and highly recommend her!
Had my first service after purchasing a 2025 certified used Nissan Ultima. David Moore the service advisor was very attentive and the service team got me in and out within without issue… oil change, tire rotation, vacuumed car, washed car and set up next service and items to watch… and changed the key battery. Great waiting area and again very friendly. Most importantly in and out in a timely manor.

I was an out of towner when my car started acting up. As a senior, I was by myself and a little anxious about using a new dealership for service, but was extremely pleased with the efficiency, hospitality, service, and explanations. Much better than my home dealership. Ariana explained things clearly and found a 20% coupon for me to use which was significant. I definitely will not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend their Service Dept
