I wanted to update my review on Dr Lee now that he is at Piedmont and in his new office. I just can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lee, he is excellent and he is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have had the pleasure of dealing with as a patient. Columbus and Piedmont is lucky to have him as one of their doctors and his staff is wonderful too, very well run office and so nice!
I had surgery and he was absolutely rude to my father who was about to start seeing him so I canceled my care and found a new one
Great Doctor! He’s been my ENT for over 20 years. He fixed a severe deviated septum that I had for 35 years and did an amazing job.
I hardly ever make reviews but I’m so annoyed. I would put no stars if I could. I was barely able to make an appointment with them because every time I call during “business hours” it sends me straight to voicemail. I have an appointment today but forgot what time (they haven’t sent me any reminders). I have called several times (21 times to be exact) since 9am to check and I just keep getting the voicemail (it’s currently 9:25am and still getting the voicemail).
