I had the pleasure of speaking with this agency today as a contractor for a mutual customer of ours. Our mutual customer is having a big issue with their claim on a policy that was initiated by the John Lee Insurance Agency. The customers are elderly and are looking for help that I as the contractor cannot legally provide. John Lee insurance is the worse agent I ever deal within my life, it has special rules that all the customers are required to get an appointment first, their office door is not opened to anyone who has no appointment ,in fact they did not call me back for two days, so, don’t waste your time for a quote of what you need.
I have been with John Lee Ins for over 15 years. They always offer me multiple options with pro/con for my auto and home insurance to choice from of all these years. They follow thru all claims with greate customer service which I really do not need to worry any paper work and follow up with insurance company. Mr. Lee even answered my call at 4:00 am. and assist me with car tolling and insurance caim after my car accident. One of his rep call me at 10 am. and arrange adjuster to call me at 2 pm.
