I had the pleasure of speaking with this agency today as a contractor for a mutual customer of ours. Our mutual customer is having a big issue with their claim on a policy that was initiated by the John Lee Insurance Agency. The customers are elderly and are looking for help that I as the contractor cannot legally provide.
