Best bilingual consultation and services
I had the pleasure of speaking with this agency today as a contractor for a mutual customer of ours. Our mutual customer is having a big issue with their claim on a policy that was initiated by the John Lee Insurance Agency. The customers are elderly and are looking for help that I as the contractor cannot legally provide. After explaining the issue to the agency, their answer was "Since they are currently not a customer we're not going to provide any help. Go ahead and complain to whoever you need to." John Lee insurance is the worse agent I ever deal within my life, it has special rules that all the customers are required to get an appointment first, their office door is not opened to anyone who has no appointment ,in fact they did not call me back for two days, so, don’t waste your time for a quote of what you need.
