John and his staff are wonderful. I have changed my policy over to them from another agent and it was seamless! Would highly recommend
Stay away! We were customers for many years and then when a massive storm damaged our roof they refused to cover under the guise of how you classify it. You're better off paying a lower premium than paying top dollar for this insurance. You'll be happy you did when you actually need the insurance to help.
This insurance agency has the ABSOLUTE WORST costumer service I have ever experienced. I called for John, the actual insurance agent and was never able to speak with him. He has this rude assistant, I think her name was Connie, who refused to let me talk with him. I wanted to get my insurance from the person who actually sells without having to tell his staff my business. What a good way to lose and get rid of clients.
John's assistant is so rude! She should not have a job doing customer service, given the fact she can barely have a civilized conversation with someone else
