I bought one of J Larson’s new Townhomes near Waterford in Urbandale. After moving in there were multiple issues in the home that needed fixed. There was black sharpie marker all over my wood stairs, both my huge picture windows had large scratches on them and my basement patio door. The duct system for heating and cooling was poorly done. Even with all vents closed on bottom and main level the upstairs is so hot. There were several other issues to be fixed and I had a year of home warranty.
