Since I was getting a double process perm and color, an alkaline based color should have been used but wasn't, and as a result, I got a chemical burn, and no one got in touch with me to fix it. The chemical burn was induced by the twofold acid treatment performed on the perm and color, as a result I had to get a steroid shot from an urgent care center in addition to purchasing additional products to treat my scalp & skin from burns. I have heard from the stylist however, I haven't heard back from the owner as of yet.
This Salon is the best! My 14 yr.old enjoys Shauntreece's talent. We usually get a silk press but my daughter wanted a different style for her Homecoming Court experience! Thank you Shauntreece for putting your talent to work!

I had come here before a few years ago and had a great experience so decided to come back. Had an appt for 10:30 am and arrived about 10 mins early. Was told the person doing my hair (Lewis) wasn’t even there yet. I continued to wait almost 45 mins and he still hadn’t got there. Not sure why you’d schedule a client for a certain time and make zero effort to show up on time. I ended up walking out and heard nothing from them. My hair hairdresser was the beautiful Theressa. She is extremely skilled and did an amazing job with my natural hair (3C/4A). I am so glad that I finally found a professional that I can trust with my hair. I strongly recommend!
