I wish I could give zero. This will be lengthy but it's because I gave it another chance until my visit today. Where to begin? Today I asked the doctor if he wanted me to discontinue atenolol. He literally raised his voice and said, " Why would you say that? I didn't say that so why ask that"? I asked him that because we had been discussing atenolol and that I might not need it now. I was disappointed with my experience at this facility. I found Terri S's demeanor to be unprofessionally curt during our interaction. Additionally, I had concerns regarding the doctor's approach, particularly with the apparent reluctance to review my medical records from a previous Ohio Health provider. Based on my experience, I recommend considering alternative care options.
Other doctors just peck my symptoms into a computer and then read whatever the computer screen printout says. Dr. Oehler has been practicing for a long time and does a good job about taking my concerns seriously and referring to specialists at practical times, to rule out serious chronic health conditions. A wonderful small-town doctor!
Very uncompassionate
I was under the impression that my new Doctor was going to be patient kind and understanding I thought he was going to actually take Time to actually Listen to what I have to say!
