Botched my breast implant by not ensuring a completely sterile operation/environment resulting in capsular contracture of my left breast. 40% of my breast tissue had to be removed and completely reconstructed from the scarring. I knew there was a problem from the beginning, but he and his staff told me I was just depressed and sent me home. DO NOT USE DR. STRAUSSER.
Dr Strausser and his staff were excellent in every way from initial consult for a facial growth to post operative recovery. I have worked as an RN/1st Assist to plastic surgeons in my early career so when I was in need of a procedure, I was careful in my selection to ensure the best outcome for me. In addition to his skill level, the patient education I received was one of the best.
His staff is tremendous! I felt so comfortable and was not nervous at all. From Jodi at the front desk, and Michelle, his surgical assistant, to his nurse Marianne - they are the best! And Dr. Strausser is so kind. He sat with me for an hour and a half on my first consult, explaining everything and drawing pictures, so that I could make an informed decision. I got the results I had dreamed about! Why would anyone go anywhere else?
