He might be legal scholar, but certainly not a legal professional with clients. We found Mr. Popilek through case law where he represented in cases similar to ours. We had to place 3 calls to his office to get a reply for an initial review. That should have been a red flag, but we really liked his resume and followed through on getting an initial review scheduled.
