Love the girls! Super nice and knowledgeable. They send out a welcome packet in the mail. You have to confirm your appointment 2 days beforehand, or yes, it will get cancelled. Says it all in the welcome packet. Don't leave a bad review because you can't read your mail. They even call you, to confirm it.
Dr. Phenninger cares about each patients whole self not just the issue you came in for. He is SUPER knowledgeable in all topics pertaining to your help.
Dr. Pfenniger and his staff were absolutely fantastic, until after my husband's vasectomy when he was in more pain than what he felt he could fulfill his job requirements at work. The office staff was so incredibly rude when we called to ask about him being written off of work. When we asked to speak to the doctor, we were told that she could give him a note but he probably wouldn't return the call! If you choose to go to him, I hope you don't have complications that require his attention
This is more than a doctors office but more like a second home. The place is elegant, the staff is so friendly and the doctor is above 5 stars. I went in for a vasectomy and never enjoyed a procedure so much! I would probably do it again! He made me feel very welcome and comfortable. He knows how to talk to his patients to make them feel welcome and relaxed. The initial consultation was wonderful.
