I called to get info from them about setting up a consult and to see how much that was and if they did pro-bono cases and the receptionist was just horrible!! She was very short and rude to me. When someone is calling to get a lawyer that means they are most likely going through something that isn't so great and you should be nice to them. That is a potential customer on the phone and everyone should be treated that way!!
